Meander of the Arda River near the village of Star Chitak
The most photographed meander of the Arda River is located in the direction of Kardzhali – Ardino – set your navigation to the village of Star Chitak. There you will find the famous bend of the Arda River. Just before the village, there is a widened section of the road where you can park your car. Step out and enjoy the view from the roadside. Nearby, there is a caravan where you can order grilled food, salad, fries, or simply a refreshing drink.
